16.4.2010 – Pupils from the Private Elementary School „Jahja Kemal” visited Komercijalna Banka
Sixteen pupils from the first and second grade from the Private Elementary School „Jahja Kemal” from Skopje, have visited Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje today. Although they were familiar with the terms “card” and “PIN code”, they learned what does interest mean and they were especially happy to learn that money from their safe boxes may be increased with the squirrel of Komercijalna Banka. Citizens that were waiting at the counters of the Bank as well as the bank officers were glad to answer all the question of the children. Cash withdrawing from ATM was the most interesting part of the visit, and the happy noise of the children from „Jahja Kemal”, who left with presents from Komercijalna Banka, this morning caused smile to everybody who met them in the Bank.
09.06.2016 - EBRD awarded Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has for twelfth (and eleventh) time awarded Komercijalna Banka as the most active participant in EBRD TFP – Trade Facilitation Program – for improvement of the international trade in global frames.
The prize is awarded once a year, and on 06.06.2016, Komercijalna Banka and International Division were given the prizes for 2014 and 2015. The prize refers to the volume and quality of the letters of credit and letters of guarantee issued as facilitation of the international trade, which is another stimulus for the employees and confirmation for the clients that Komercijalna Banka remains one of the most transparent and renowned bank in the Republic of Macedonia and internationally as well.
02.06.2016 – Global Day of Parents observed
1 June, the Global Day of Parents, was observed with many smiles, songs and sincere childish love on the small square before the memorial house of Mother Theresa.
The purpose of the event that was traditionally organized by the Red Cross of the City of Skopje was to express gratitude to the foster persons who give unselfish love to the socially endangered children and to encourage the public to accept this form of humanism. The company of children, fosters, employees of Komercijalna Banka and the volunteers of the Red Cross was the best manner to send this message.
Komercijalna Banka is proud of its traditional cooperation with the Red Cross of the Republic of Macedonia and the General Sponsorship of the Project “Podobra socijalizacija na decata i mladite so posebni potrebi” (Better socialization of the children and youth with special needs) under which this event was held. Being part of efforts to help the ones in need, who are often left on the margins, is of particular importance for the Bank and its employees
