Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje is hereby notifying its shareholders that starting from 20 April 2010 the Bank shall payout dividend for 2010.  


All shareholders of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje registered in the Shareholders Register until 7 April 2010 shall have the right on dividend for 2010.


The payout of the dividend for 2010 to the legal entities shall be carried out by transferring funds on their accounts.


For the individuals, the payout of dividend for 2010 shall be on their accounts with Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje, except for the individuals who have authorized the Bank to transfer the dividend 2010 funds on accounts with other bank. In case of such authorizations provided, the dividend for 2010 shall be paid out on the indicated accounts. 


The clients – individuals who have not opened accounts with Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje or have not provided authorization for the Bank should, for the purpose of payout of dividend for 2010, open accounts with the Bank or provide authorization for transfer of dividend funds on the accounts with other bank at any city-branch or branch of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje throughout the country.


Each shareholder registered in the share register shall be submitted a certificate on calculated and paid personal income tax from capital – dividend for 2010, paid out in 2011, after effected payout of dividend by the end of May 2011. If any shareholder does not receive the notification, they can withdraw it at any city-branch or branch of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje throughout the country.

21.4.2015 – Donation to single mothers

Employees of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje collected donation in money, clothes, shoes, napkins and cosmetics for aid to single mothers and gave it to Biljana Miloshevikj – the girl who, on her own initiative, helps families in need of help. Biljana works in a construction company and as a socially responsible person she attempts to help single parents by collecting donations and funds in order to help them handle the problems they are faced to every day. She thanked the employees of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje for their help through its facebook profile saying:


“Dear friends, I am honored and proud to inform you on the donation from Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje for aid to single mothers. I was welcomed with a positive energy, smiles and a lot of love. The donations was comprised of money, clothes, shoes, cosmetics and napkins. It will be distributed to several socially disadvantaged families. Sincerely, I was speechless. I would like each bank to take the example of the employees of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje and support us in our appeal for help. Our little means a lot for someone. 27.4.2015 – PRESS RELEASE - Municipal Infrastructure Development Fund to boost municipal infrastructure in Macedonia

The Fund signs its first Risk Participating Agreement in the Western Balkans


The Municipal Infrastructure Development Fund (MIDF) and Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje are supporting the development of sustainable infrastructure in Macedonia with loans in an amount of €10 million available to municipalities, utility and private companies, providing municipal services.


The proceeds of the loan will be used to finance the building of new and modernisation of essential municipal infrastructure in smaller municipalities which traditionally have limited capacity to prepare sustainable infrastructure projects and are facing difficulties accessing commercial bank funding.


The MIDF is a pioneering €100 million investment fund, launched by the EBRD and KfW with a generous contribution from the governments of Germany and Switzerland and Austria, aimed at stimulating the growth of the municipal lending market and achieve long term sustainability in municipal services in the Western Balkans.


In addition, technical assistance funding is provided by the governments of Austria and Switzerland to support project preparation and implementation and capacity building of the municipal borrowers.

MIDF has been designed for the Western Balkans, and within this group the Fund’s strategy will be to focus on Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia in accordance with local needs.



21.04.2015 – Notification

Dear clients,


This is to notify you that on 21 April, 2015 the city-branch of the Bank located in the City Shopping Center (GTC) will not operate. You can use our products and services in the near city-branches at:


  • Head Office of the Bank (KB1 and KB2);
  • Chamber of Commerce;
  • JAT;
  • Buket; and
  • Makpetrol.


As from 22 April, 2015 the city-branch at MNT will not operate due to renovation works. You can use our products and services in other city-branches of the Bank.
