Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje this year
again has been sponsor of the Christmas concert held for the 14th
time on 08.01.2014 in the Universal Hall in Skopje when the fans of classical music had
the opportunity to enjoy in the premiere performance of pieces of the known
The program has been realized by
performance of our prima donna Vesna Ginovska Ilkova, soprano, the prima donna
of the Macedonian Opera and Ballet, Chorus studio “Rustiko”, conducted by
Maestro Andrej Andreev, famous Bulgarian conductor.
The attendants enjoyed the music of
famous composers, such as Vivaldi, G.F.Handel, W.A. Mozart, P.I. Tchajkovski,
Zaprov and Bartok.
30.01.2015 – Notification
Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje hereby notifies its shareholders, depositors, associates and other concerned parties that, pursuant to the Listing Rules, it has announced its unaudited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the period 01.01-31.12.2014.
Taking into consideration that some media try to analyze these documents, upon which they make certain conclusions for strategy of the Bank, its policies and objectives, we inform that these analyses are not based on all relevant information.
Pursuant to the law regulations, the detailed notes that are produced for precise reporting about the Bank’s policies, detailed items of financial statements and other more significant information will be announced within the auditors’ reports for 2014, where, apart from these two accounts there will be much more significant information presented. Announcement of all auditors’ notes is usual policy of the Bank, providing details for the Bank’s operation. The announcement is carried out within the supporting materials for the General Meeting (most often held at the beginning of March) and shall be available on the Bank’s web site as well.

01.01.2015 – Notification for lower interest rates
Starting from 01.01.2015 Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje lowered part of its interest rates on loans for legal entities, as well as of part of deposit interest rates for retail clients.
Thus, the Bank made decrease from 0.25 to 1.75 percentage points on the loan interest rates for certain categories of legal entities segmented by certain criteria appropriate to the risk profile of the clients.
At the same time, the Bank decreased part of the deposit interest rates for retail clients as well, such as:
- on denar time savings deposits for all maturities (except for up to 3 months maturity) from 0.03 p.p. up to 0.30 p.p.;
- on EUR time savings deposits for all maturities (except for up to 1 month maturity) from 0.10 p.p. up to 0.20 p.p., and
- CHF savings deposits (at sight and time deposits) from 0.02 p.p. up to 0.80 p.p.
