Lost/stolen bank card

 

If your card is lost or stolen, Komercijalna Banka shall immediately respond and shall do everything to protect your interests.

 

In case of lost or stolen card, please immediately report to the telephone for card support (+389 2) 3247-474 which is accessible for our clients 24/7, or to one of the bigger city-branches with a responsible officer or to a branch of the Bank where you will additionally submit an application for a new card.

 

Your card will be blocked immediately after your reporting in order to prevent any misuse.
