“Mobile and human”

For several years so far, the practice of social responsible activities is an integral part of the overall business policy of Komercijalna Banka.

Komercijalna Banka and the National Committee on Gender Equality - NCGE, for the second year in a row, signed an agreement for sponsoring the Project “Mobile and human”. The objective of this Project is the support provided for the most vulnerable categories of citizens, and especially women. The activities undertaken under the Project “Mobile and human” shall be directed towards decreasing the poverty and mobilization of resources to help the vulnerable and marginalized categories of citizens. The humanitarian and other help and support provided to the specific categories of citizens shall improve the conditions and the quality of their living. The psychosocial support provided should enable their resocialization, independence and overpass the current status of marginalized persons, as well as their active and productive participation in the society.


“Better socialization of children and youth with special needs”

Being a socially responsible company, the Bank is supporting projects aimed towards providing care for the citizens, members of the local communities, as well as the most threatened categories of citizens.

Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje and the Red Cross of the Republic of Macedonia signed an agreement according to which the Bank is, for three years in a row, included in the realization of the Project “Better socialization of children and youth with special needs” as the General Sponsor. The project activities covered about 340 children and youth with special needs, between 3 and 26 years of age, from the daily centers and children from fostering families in 8 towns. Furthermore, the teams organized on local level include one representative of Komercijalna Banka, and their role is to follow the overall implementation of the project activities, in accordance with the plan.

The support provided to this Project shall contribute in enabling the children and youth with special needs to develop their healthy spirit and creative capacity, encourage empathy and solidarity with the population and institutions, additional education and support of the families, defining the action plans for future activities, etc.


Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje sponsor of the magazine Premin

Traditionally, and this year again, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje is sponsor of the magazine Premin. By its contents, the magazine Premium builds a connection between the spiritual and actual and affirms the Macedonian cultural, historic and church thought. The selection of text and messages of this magazine contains the dimension of the orthodox religion out of the national and cultural borders and is companion to anyone who aims towards personal transformation.


Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje sponsor of Handball Club “Kastratovic”

For a seventh year in a row, Komercijalna Banka is sponsor of the Handball Club “Kastratovic” where children from seven to thirteen years of age are trained.


Komercijalna Banka sponsor of the Christmas Concert

Again this year, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje sponsored the Christmas Concert held on 08.01.2013 at the Universal Hall in Skopje, where classical music fans enjoyed the music of the worldwide famous composers presented by the Macedonian tenor Blagoja Nacoski and the Italian soprano Marcella Orsatti Talamanca, conducted by Maestro Alessandro D'Agostini.
