Using the Internet Bank service

The paying of the bills for the stated companies can be also made by using the free standing order service.
Having 122 ATMs of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje installed in Macedonia and over 1 million bearing Visa and MasterCard® sign throughout the world, you will always have the possibility to, in a simple way, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, withdraw the cash you need. By doing so, you avoid visiting the Bank’s counters when you need cash, have in mind the working hours of the Bank or waiting in a queue.

Problems and complaints
- Reporting a lost / stolen card
If the card is lost or stolen, you must immediately report it to the Authorization Centre of the Bank on the phone No.: (+389 2) 3133 152 or 3107 310, which are open for calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the year. An employee at the Centre will immediately block the card which will prevent abuse and will give you further instructions on how to get a new card.
- Complaints regarding the use of the card
Clients should regularly review monthly reports on operation with the card provided by the Bank. For complaints regarding the use of the card, please call phone No.: (+389 2) 3107 570, every working day from 8.00 AM to 4:00 PM.
In that term, please, if it is about complaints regarding certain transactions on your account, observe the reporting term of 20 days as from the date of the statement.
