11.1.2010 - NEW CLIENT REGISTRATION FORM

In accordance with the Law regulation and by-laws on money laundering prevention and financing terrorism, the Bank has introduceda new client registration form for individuals and legal entities. Therefore, we kindly ask, if you intend to become our new client please fill in the „Application / Request for client registration (private individual)“ or the „Application / Request for client registration (legal entity)“ before you apply at the Bank.
