JUNE 27TH 2008- A N N O U N C E M E N T

Pursuant to Decision on increase of basic capital of Komercijalna banka AD Skopje with 5th shares issue, adopted by the Bank’s Assembly on March 25, 2008, the Bank’s Supervisory Board, at its 4th session, held on June 26, 2008, made the following Decision on determination of the number of shares and the price of shares of the 5th shares issue, of Komercijalna banka AD Skopje. This Decision determines that the Bank will issue 471.000 shares of the 5th issue, at a price of 6.515,00 denars per share.

28.05.2008 – MAXIMAL, SELECTIVE INCREASE OF THE INTEREST RATES

In the past period of the year, as a result of increased inflation in the Republic of Macedonia by NBRM in three occasions the interest rates on the treasury bills were increased. At the first and at the second increase of the interest rates of the treasury bills, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje did not increase its interest rates, taking the increased costs on its accounts. However, after the third increase of the interest rates on the treasury bills and increase of the inflation which was 10,1% in April, the Bank decided to apply selective increase of the loan and deposit interest rates, as from 01.06.2008, taking care of its competitive position at the same time.

Having in mind that on 01.01.2008 the Bank increased the deposit interest rates for citizens, as from 01.06.2008, the Bank shall increase certain deposit interest rates for legal entities for 0,5 percentage points.

The interest rates on loans to citizens (housing loans, loans for purchasing cars and consumer loans) with qualitative collateral such as secured by pledge of securities or pledge of deposit, shall not me amended. The increase shall be made of the interest rates of consumer loans secured by bills of exchange for 0,5 percentage points, as well as increase of the interest rates of the overdrafts on credit cards and current accounts for 1,0 percentage point.

As for loans to legal citizens, interest rates of the denar loans shall be increased for 0,5 percentage points, except for the denar loans secured by deposit of cash.

This increase of the interest rates shall cause for the client a minimal increase of the monthly interest in absolute amount, as follows:

1. Loans to citizens, approved with repayment period of 7 years, increase of the monthly interest
- for the amount of 150.000,00 denars shall be 61,00 denars;
- for the amount of 300.000,00 denars, shall be 123,00 denars;
- for the amount of 480.000,00 denars, shall be 197,00 denars;

The increase of the monthly interest rates for overdraft facility of 50.000,00 denars under current accounts shall be 40,98 denars.

2. Loans to legal entities, increase of the monthly interest
- in the amount of 1.000.000,00 denars, shall be 416,67 denars;
- in the amount of 5.000.000,00 denars, shall be 2.083,33 denars;
- in the amount of 10.000.000,00 denars, shall be 4.166,67 denars;
- in the amount of 50.000.000,00 denars, shall be 20.833,33 denars.

14.05.2008 – NEW CITY-BRANCH IN OF THE BANK IN STIP

As from 14.05.2008 the new city-branch of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje, located in the new shopping center Tus in Stip shall start to work.
The city-branch shall perfrom activities from the domain of retail banking, domestic payment operations and other bank activities.

20.05.2008 – KOMERCIJALNA BANKA SPONSOR OF THE ART EXHIBITION OF SIMON APOSTOLSKI – “PADNATITE ANGELI” (FALLEN ANGELS)

Komercijalna Banka is sponsor of the art exhibition of Simon Apostolski – “Padnatite angeli” (Fallen angels) – a project that is within the frame of the program of cultural events of national interest of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia.

The latest project of the artist Simon Apostolski, under the title “Padnatite angeli” includes portraits and figures of dark-skinned children placed in certain metaphysic, internationally mismatching environments and landscapes. The contrast lays in the realistic treatment and apostrophizing the precise facial characteristics of the status, of the social level of development of these innocent faces – fallen angels.

07.05.2008 - KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD SKOPJE - GENERAL SPONSOR OF THE MAY OPERA EVENINGS

Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje is again sponsoring the 36th May Opera Evenings 2008, an international happening organized by the Macedonian Opera and Ballet in the period from 09.05-31.05.2008.

Many renowned national and international opera singers and conductors shall take part in this event. May Opera Evenings shall be opened by the opera Car Samuil, under direction of Ornjan Draganov.

07.05.2008 - KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD SKOPJE - GENERAL SPONSOR OF THE CONCERT OF BILJA KRSTIC AND BISTRIK ORKESTAR

Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje is the general sponsor of the concert of Bilja Krstic. The concert of the Balkan music star Bilja Krstic and her band Bistrik shall be on 10 May 2008 in Universal Hall in Skopje.

Bilja Krstic is famous Balkan ethno star, popular and respected on the Balkan, with exceptionally successful international career.

12.05.2008 – KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD SKOPJE INSTALLED THE FIRST DRIVE IN ATM IN MACEDONIA

Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje installed the first drive in ATM in Macedonia, in Skopje at the gas station Makpetrol, next to VERO in Taftalidze.
With this newly installed ATM, the ATM network of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje has reached the number of 100 ATMs.

„Crystal bell” for Komercijalna Banka

At the Ninth Annual Conference of the Macedonian Stock Exchange held in Ohrid from 10 to 12 April, which was of international character, the traditional award “Crystal bell” was awarded. Upon proposal of two independent commissions, the award this year was given to Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje.
The statement of the Commission for awards is as follows:
“ Having in mind the quality of the overall reporting in the course of 2007, the Commission decided to proclaim Komercijalna Banka AD as the most transparent company listed at the Macedonian Stock Exchange, whose number and quality of published reporting, especially strict adherence to the Rules of listing at the Macedonian Stock Exchange and listing at the sub-segment Super listing may be an example and encouragement for other companies.”

16.04.2008 – SPONSOR OF THE PROJECT “EDUCATIONAL RENDEZVOUS 2008 – FAIR OF HIGH SCHOOLS IN MACEDONIA”

The Project “Educational Rendezvous 2008 – Fair is the traditional largest high-school manifestation held third year in a row, organized by USAID and MASSUM. As from 17.04.2008 to 19.04.2008, 70 exhibitors shall have opportunity to present their schools and achievements. Over 50.000 visitors are expected at the presentations.
Sponsoring the Project is a confirmation more that Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje supports projects that advance the high-school educational process and are directed towards strengthening the relation between the educational and business sector.

29.04.2008 - KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD SKOPJE – PARTICIPANT IN THE BEST FINANCIAL DEAL IN 2007

The Project TE-TO of LandesBank Berlin (LBB) was pronounced the best financial deal in 2007 by two renowned magazines, Global Trade Review and Trade Finance Magazine. The speed, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje, as participant in the deal, has issued the FX guarantee with, is one of the key factors for successful realization of this top financial deal. This recognition is another confirmation of the leading position of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje at the market, as well as a motif for further achievements.

02.04.2008 – TWO MORE ATMS LOCATIONS OF KOMERCIJALNA BANKA

Two new locations of ATMs of Komercijalna Banka are in: Bitola within business premises of the shopping center in Vasko Karangeleski building 3 , business premise 71 and in Skopje in the shopping center City Gallery, Square Macedonia. With the newly installed ATMs the total number of ATMs now is 99.

25.03.2008 – ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BANK’S ASSEMBLY

Today, 25.03.2008, shareholders of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje have held their General Meeting.

The shareholders confirmed that the Bank had ended 2007 with the highest gross profit in the history of its operation, in the amount of 1.069 million denars. After taxation of 57 million denars, the net profit of the Bank is in the amount of 1.012 million denars. Along with the non-distributed profit from the previous years, the Bank’s shareholders adopted the Decision on use and allocation of undistributed profit in the amount of 1.146 million denars. The shareholders set the dividend on preferred shares of 9,5% from the nominal value of the shares. Because of increase of the total capital of the Bank and the book value of the Bank’s shares, the shareholders have decided a part of the profit in the amount of 766,4 million denars to allocate in reserves and adopted the Decision on increasing the initial capital of the Bank by 5th share issue, with sale value of the issue over 3 billion denars.
The Assembly adopted financial statements and the year-end account of the Bank for 2007 and Program of Measures and Activities of the Business Policy and the financial plan of the Bank for 2008. The Assembly also adopted the Report on compliance of the Bank’s operation with the Code of corporative management of shareholding companies listed at the Macedonian Stock Exchange.

07.03.2008 – NEW FROM KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD SKOPJE – IDENTIFIED PURPOSE CONSUMPTION LOAN THROUGH RETAILERS

In order to meet the needs of its clients, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje launched new identified purpose consumption loan through retailers, under most favorable conditions, as follows:
- loan amount from MKD 20,000.00 to MKD 60,000.00 – without guarantor
- loan amount from MKD 60,000.00 to MKD 200,000.00 – with one guarantor

19.03.2008 - FOUR NEW ATMS INSTALLED

Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje has installed another four new ATMs at the following locations: Kumanovo – in the premises of the Public Enterprise Vodovod, Stip – in the premises of the Supermarket Makpromet AD Stip, Tetovo – in the premises of Komunaproekt, Skopje – in the premises of city-branch Cesma.
The total number of ATMs of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje now is 97.

11.03.2008 - NOTIFICATION

Pursuant to the Decision made by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, the Notification of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, and in relation to the organized afforesting activities in the Republic of Macedonia, please note that Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje will be closed on 12.03.2008.

According to the Notification issued by NBRM on the functioning of MIPS – payment system of the Republic of Macedonia and international payment operations, on 12.03.2008, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje shall determine on-duty city-branches, as follows: Gjorce Petrov, Leptokarija, Bunjakovec, Trgovski Centar, Biser and Avtokomanda, with working time from 07:30 – 13:30.

The counters in the Bank’s Head Office shall be opened from 07:30 – 16:00.

The International Payment Operation Department in the Head Office of the Bank shall work.

The E-BANKING of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje shall function 24 hours.

The counters at the Bank’s branches and city-branches throughout the country shall have the working hours as in Saturdays.

07.03.2008 - NEW CITY-BRANCH OF KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD SKOPJE

The new city-branch Cesma in Skopje, located at the address bb, Sava Kovacevic Str., shall start its operation on 13.03.2008. The working hours of the city-branch shall be Monday – Friday from 07:30 – 19:00 and Staurday from 07:30 – 13:30.
