16.07.2019 – Komercijalna Banka enabled online applying for consumer loans


From now on, you can apply for consumer loans of Komercijalna Banka online.

With the allowed online applying, Komercijalna Banka has enabled faster and easier procedure for all individuals, users of e-banking, having option to execute payments.

 

Thereby, the interested clients may apply for the following loans:

 

  • Consumer loan up to EUR 30.000 with EUR clause. More information about the terms of the loan at the following link.
  • Consumer loan up to MKD 600.000 without guarantors. More information about the terms of the loan at the following link.
  • Tip Top Consumer loan. More information about the terms of the loan at the following link.
  • Loan under draft without guarantors. More information about the terms of the loan at the following link.
  • Loan for pensioners. More information about the terms of the loan at the following link.

 

Once logged in the Internet Bank, the users may select this option in the menu under the title „Online апликации“ (Online applications).

 

In order to fill in and enter the loan application and the required documents in the specified form, the borrower should have a valid list of payment codes.

 

The Borrower may get information on the status of the submitted application through the same software application.






03.04.2020 - Announcement


Pursuant to the new Decree on the implementation of the Law on Trade Companies (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia no.87/2020) the legal conditions are fulfilled so Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje on April 2, 2020, held its General Meeting of the Assembly on which the shareholders participated with by the means of written correspondence.

 

The shareholders confirmed that the Bank ended 2019 with gross profit in the amount of MKD 1,986.7 million. Upon calculation of the income tax in the amount of MKD 179.9 million, the net profit of the Bank amounts in MKD 1,806.8 million. The shareholders adopted Decision on appropriation and allocation of unallocated profit gained in the amount of MKD 1,806.8 million and determined the dividend on the voting shares to 55% of the nominal value, or MKS 550 per share. For the purpose of increasing the total capital of the Bank and of the bookkeeping value of the Bank’s shares, the shareholders made a decision for part of the profit in the amount of MKD 553 million to be allocated in reserves.

 

The Assembly adopted the Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Annual Account and the Consolidated Annual Account of the Bank for 2019 as well as the Report on the compliance of the operation of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje with the Code of Corporate Governance of the shareholders companies listed on the Macedonian Stock Exchange in 2019 and re-appointed the Supervisory Board members for the period of the following 4 years.




01.04.2020 – Notification: Komercijalna Banka will accept invoices sent electronically


In order to avoid the risks of Covid-19 Corona virus and in accordance with the Government’s Decree on application of the Law on Value Added Tax during the state of emergency, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje informs its business partners - clients that it will accept invoices for payment sent electronically.

 

Invoices sent electronically should be submitted strictly to the e-mail address

e-fakturi@kb.com.mk, and in the e-mail message it should be pointed out that Komercijalna Banka is required to give consent that it accepts the Invoice sent electronically. If the Bank does not respond within 10 days, it shall mean that it accepts the invoice sent electronically.

 

Any invoice sent to any other address different from e-fakturi@kb.com.mk shall be considered as it has not been received by the Bank.

31.03.2020 – Komercijalna Banka donated MKD 6,150,000 and medical face masks to the Ministry of Health


In order to assist the healthcare professionals in dealing with the crisis caused by Corona virus Covid-19, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje provided monetary donation of MKD 6,150,000 and additional protective equipment (34,250 medical face masks) in the amount of MKD 1,200,000 for the needs of the Ministry of Health.
 
The funds have been transferred to a special account of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of North Macedonia and are intended for management of the public health threat imposed by the Corona virus Covid-19 epidemic. Medical face masks have also been provided to protect the health of health workers, who are most exposed to the risk of coronavirus in the fight to protect the public health.
 

Corona virus is our common obligation and a challenge that we will have to confront to with all our strength and capacities. To that end, Komercijalna Banka, as a proven socially responsible company, has been taking appropriate measures and activities since the beginning of the current crisis, primarily to protect the health of its customers and employees and unselfishly support the health institutions that are fighting the most difficult battle. Only with personal and corporate responsibility at the state level will we be able to manage the threat imposed by the Corona virus.




30.03.2020 – Komercijalna Banka provided 6 months grace period for the users of loans, credit cards and overdraft facility


In order to facilitate the financial burden the clients are or might be faced with as a result of the corona crisis, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje announced a Public Offer for change of the agreement conditions for the credit products to retail clients.

 

Komercijalna Banka approves a grace period of 6 (six) months for the credit products for retail clients, prolongation of the final loan repayment dates for 6 months, as well as automatic prolongation of the final term for the use of overdraft facility, all up to 30.09.2020 (without decreasing the approved amount and regardless whether there is regular monthly inflow received on the respective account). The Public Offer refers to all individuals – Bank’s clients users of loans, credit cards and/or overdraft facility, who as at 29.02.2020 are classified into A, B or C risk category and do not have the status of bad and doubtful claims (non-performing claims), or did not have more than 90 days delay in the repayment of their liabilities towards the Bank so far. Only the individuals – Bank’s clients who refuse the Offer should contact the Bank in electronic or written manner (as described in details in the Offer) not later than 09.04.2020 until 16:00 hours. The individuals – Bank’s clients who accept the Offer do not have to contact the Bank as the Offer will be automatically implemented.

 

As this crisis imposes negative impacts that all will be faced with, Komercijalna Banka will also provide facilitation for those individuals – Bank’s clients who even before the crisis were faced with problems in repayment of their liabilities, i.e. for individuals who as at 29.02.2020 were classified into C (non-performing), D and E risk category. The model of facilitation for these clients is still being considered, and the public will soon be notified thereof as well.

27.03.2020 - Notification


Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje is notifying its shareholders that pursuant to the Decree on the implementation of the Law on Trade Companies during emergency situation, made by the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia (Official Gazette of RNM No. 79/2020), the General Meeting of the Bank’s Assembly convened for 02.04.2020 shall be postponed as long as the emergency situation. We also want to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Securities Commission of RNM on participation and voting at the General Meeting of the Assembly by means of written correspondence, as at 27.03.2020, 52.92% of the shareholders voted for the decisions proposed by the Agenda of the General Meeting. Once the emergency situation ends, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje will announce new date for the General Meeting of the Bank’s Assembly.




26.03.2020 – The procedure for facilitating the repayment of loans and other borrowing is to be set out


Due to the great interest and questions from the clients, we inform you that Komercijalna Banka intensively works on the concepts of reprogramming the credit exposures of individuals and companies that meet the criteria prescribed by the NBRNM, i.e. on establishing precise measures and ways of communicating with clients in order to ease the financial burden they face or could face as a result of the corona crisis.

 

The Decision of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia on facilitation of servicing of loans and other indebtedness of citizens and companies towards banks and savings houses during the crisis caused by KOVID-19 has not yet been published in the Official Gazette, i.e. it has not yet entered into force. We expect that to happen soon.

25.03.2020 – Komercijalna Banka will send interest rates notifications to non-financial legal entities only by e-mail


Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje notifies its clients - non-financial legal entities who receive interest rates notices by mail that from now on, they will receive these notices electronically - via e-mail communication.

In order to mitigate the consequences of the KOVID-19 epidemic in this emergency situation, Komercijalna Banka intends to conduct its communication with clients in a secure manner. Therefore, any notifications or information will be delivered through electronic means.

 

The Bank notifies its clients - non-financial legal entities who did not indicate any e-mail address for delivery of these notices that the interest rates notices will be delivered by sending them to the e-mail addresses they have indicated in the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia.

 

In case the e-mail addresses indicated in the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia are malfunctioning or are improper, we kindly ask our clients to submit to Komercijalna Banka an information on the e-mail address where the Bank will send these notifications, not later than Monday, March 30, 2020.

24.03.2020 – Komercijalna Banka shall start paying pensions on March 28, 2020


On March 28, 2020, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje shall start with early payment of pensions for March 2020. The pensioners who receive their pension at Komercijalna Banka and are holders of debit card, will get their March 2020 pension on March 28, 2020.

 

For the purpose of avoiding crowds and close contacts, we APPEAL to the pensioners who have a debit card or use Internet Banking to fulfill their financial needs by paying by card, through ATMs and Internet Bank of Komercijalna Banka, i.e. to avoid visiting the Bank’s counters as much as possible.

 

In order to protect the health of the most vulnerable category of citizens, the pensioners who intend to withdraw their pension for March at the Bank's counters will be able to do it according to the following schedule:

  • clients having pension up to MKD 12,000 on 28 March (Saturday) and 30 March (Monday)
  • clients with pension from MKD 12,001 to MKD 15,000 on 31 March (Tuesday)
  • clients with pension from MKD 15,001 to MKD 19,500 on 1 April (Wednesday)
  • clients with pension over MKD 19,500 on 2 April (Thursday)

 

In order to minimize the risk from spreading the Corona virus WE STRONGLY URGE THE CLIENTS – PENSIONERS TO ADHERE TO THE ABOVE PRESENTED SCHEDULE.

 

In the interest of their health, we recommend that pensioners who do not have a debit card or Internet Bank to require these services / products on their first visit to Komercijalna Banka, in order to reduce the need for going to the bank.

 

Furthermore, in order to reduce their coming to the Bank’s counters in the following period, the pensioners may, through a quick, simplified and free of charge procedure, establish a standing order for payment of their public service bills in due time. To get this service, they are only asked to bring their public service bills (for electricity, heating, water supply, telephone) when they come to the Bank.

 

During your visits to the Bank’s counters, please adhere to the rules for entering and keeping distance, in accordance with the recommendations of the competent health authorities. The entering will be limited and appropriate to the number of cashier counters, and the prescribed distance is at least 2 meters in a row and between the rows.

22.03.2020 – Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje undertakes all necessary measures for protection against Covid-19


Since the beginning of the Covid-19 Coronavirus, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje has undertaken all measures to protect the health of its employees and clients and to reduce potential operational risks. Therefore, teams of employees are deployed at various locations and at remote work from home, and the Bank's business premises are regularly disinfected and equipped with disinfectants, protective masks and gloves for the employees.

 

Due to an identified case of an employee of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje, who is from Skopje and is positive for Coronavirus Covid-19, in accordance with the instructions of the competent institutions, today, the Bank made new, thorough disinfection of all business premises in the Bank’s buildings KB1 and KB2. All necessary and further enhanced measures of protection and prevention have been taken, thus continuing the business processes on a regular basis. All services of the Bank are available and operate as usual.

 

All employees of the Bank who have had direct contact with the employee who is positive for Covid-19 will be in isolation for the next 15 days, in accordance with the established communication and guidance received from the competent institutions in the Republic of North Macedonia. Komercijalna Banka’s team wishes quick recovery for the employee and looks forward to the employee’s return to work.

19.03.2020 – Komercijalna Banka paid in advance the amount of MKD 120 million being the profit tax for 2020


Taking into account the development of the situation and the serious danger of the spread of Kovid-19 (corona virus) in our country, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje paid its monthly liabilities in advance on the basis of advanced payment of profit tax for 2020. Thus, it paid total amount of MKD 120,000,000 instead of usual payment through advance monthly amounts.  

 

With this decision, Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje intends to contribute to greater liquidity of the Country and its budget, thereby increasing the capacity of the government authorities to provide all necessary measures and activities to protect the health of the citizens and ensure continuity in their functioning of vital processes in the society.

17.03.2020 – Increased limits on mBankaCo mobile application for legal entities


Dear Clients,

 

Kindly be advised that starting from today – 17.03.2020, the Bank will increase the limit per order form and the daily limit per account for all authorized persons when transferring funds by cashless payment order form PP30 through mBankaCo mobile application, as follows:

 

  • the limit by order form from MKD 300.000,00 to MKD 600.000,00
  • daily limit per account for all authorized persons from MKD 1.000.000,00 to MKD  6.000.000,00

 

The limits shall apply to your account by authorized persons on your account having subscription for signing transactions through mBankaCo mobile application. The order forms for cashless payment PP50 – to budget users and the order form for integrated payment PP53 are not included in the calculation of the defined limits.

 

The wide range of free web services and mobile applications Internet Bank and mBankaCo are available 24 hours a day through your PC or mobile phone from any place where you have access to Internet.

Temporary closure of VIP Lounges at Vienna Airport due to Kovid-19 (corona virus)

 

Dear Clients, holders of Debit Mastercard® World and Mastercard® Platinum cards issued by Komercijalna Banka:

 

Starting from 16.03.2020, all lounges at Vienna Airport (JET Lounge, AIR Lounge and SKY Lounge) are temporary closed due to the new Austrian local laws passed. As our clients, you will be provided any new information thereof, once the Vienna Airport is provided respective information from the local government.

Dear Clients,

 

Please be informed that, pursuant to the recommendations and decisions of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia regarding the occurrence of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje has introduced measures for prevention and protection of its employees and clients.

 

We advise you to reduce your visits to our city-branches, branches and Head Office of the Bank. For all your needs you can contact the Bank’s employees on the phones that are posted on the web site www.kb.com.mk.

 

All services and products of the Bank are fully available to customers. We appeal to meet your financial needs, as much as possible, through the wide ATM network. Furthermore,  e-banking channels, such as:Internet Banking,mBanka, mBankaKo, KomPay, web site www.kb.com.mk are available for you 24 hours a day. Komercijalna Banka will continue to maintain the highest level of hygiene and disinfection in its premises and ATMs, but we still appeal to our clients to be careful and to maintain the highest level of personal hygiene.

 

According to the guidelines of the competent authorities, it is recommended to avoid direct and close contact (recommended distance of at least one meter between people), handling, hugging and long sitting indoors. 10.03.2020 – Changed working hours of Safe-deposit Boxes Unit of Komercijalna Banka


Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje notifies its clients that as of Wednesday, 11.03.2020, the working hours of Safe-deposit Boxes Unit in Skopje for work with clients will be from 09:00 until 14:00, Monday to Friday.
The new working hours are of temporary character.
