Internet Bank help

 

You can get help for technical problems, questions and support regarding the Internet Bank on the telephone number (+389 2) 3296-800 (choose 2). Our operators are available from 08:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. every working day from Monday to Friday and from 08:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. on Saturday.

You can get operative support for denar payments through the Internet Bank on the telelephone number (+389 2) 3168-902 or on the e-mail address support_denarski_pp@kb.com.mk. The team for support to denar payments is available from 08:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. every working day from Monday to Friday and from 08:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. on Saturday.

 

You can get operative support for foreign currency payments for legal entities through the Internet Bank on the telelephone number (+389 2) 3168-602 or on the e-mail address support_devizen_pp@kb.com.mk. You can get operative support for foreign currency payments for individuals through the Internet Bank on the telelephone number (+389 2) 3168-220 or on the e-mail address support_devizen_fizickilica@kb.com.mk. The team for support to foreign currency payments is available from 08:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. every working day from Monday to Friday.
