Using the cards at points of sale

With the debit and credit cards of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje you can make payments free of charge at more than 35 million points of sale in over 210 countries in the world. It is the easiest and the most practical way of shopping used all over the world – for small purchases or large investments. With your card you never depend on the cash you have with you, and you can choose to pay in a lump sum or in installments.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, boutiques, car-shops, cosmetic saloons… Where ever you go you will find a point of sale that will acquire your card – just look for the MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa or Visa Debit sign marked on the shop’s entrance and let us proceed with the payment.

Using the Internet Bank service

All holders of debit and credit cards of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje can easily and at any time follow the account balance on their main and additional cards from their home or work place. Besides monitoring the cards, at the same place you have access to your denar and foreign currency accounts with the Bank.


According to your needs, you can choose to use this service for monitoring the account balance and printing statements of account only, or use it for making transfers to your credit card accounts and paying for your monthly household bills from AD Makedonski telekom, T-Mobile AD, ONE, AD Toplifikacija, JP Vodovod i kanalizacija, AD Elektrostopanstvo, AD Kjubi Makedonija and Vardar – Kroacija osiguruvanje AD.
The paying of the bills for the stated companies can be also made by using the free standing order service.

Cash withdrawal

Having 149 ATMs of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje installed in Macedonia and over 2 million bearing Visa and MasterCard® sign throughout the world, you will always have the possibility to, in a simple way, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, withdraw the cash you need. By doing so, you avoid visiting the Bank’s counters when you need cash, have in mind the working hours of the Bank or waiting in a queue.
If you haven’t used an ATM before – there’s no need to worry. For your easier navigation when using ATMs we have created the brochure “Avoid the queue - Use ATM!” , which briefly explains the necessary steps that you need to know. 
If you still decide to withdraw cash form a bank counter, you can do this at the bank counters everywhere in the world where MasterCard® and Visa are acquired. This service is available at all city-branches and branches of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje.

Problems and complaints

  • Reporting a lost / stolen card

If the card is lost or stolen, you must immediately report it to the Authorization Centre of the Bank on the phone No.: (+389 2) 3247 474, which are open for calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the year. An employee at the Centre will immediately block the card which will prevent abuse and will give you further instructions on how to get a new card.

  • Complaints regarding the use of the card

Clients should regularly review monthly reports on operation with the card provided by the Bank. For complaints regarding the use of the card, please call phone No.: (+389 2) 3168 122, every working day from 8.00 AM to 4:00 PM.

In that term, please, if it is about complaints regarding certain transactions on your account, observe the reporting term of 20 days as from the date of the statement.

Issuing cards to individuals with total vision impairment


Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje issues debit and credit cards to individuals with total vision impairment. The receipt of application and issuance of a debit or credit card to a blind person is simple and is conducted before two witnesses. One of the witnesses must be an employee of the Bank, or both witnesses may be employed in the Bank. The witnesses read the contents of the Agreement in full as well as the General Conditions of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje for issuance and use of debit or credit card. The client confirms the consent that he/she understands and accepts the provisions stipulated by these documents by signing the Statement for applying for a debit or credit card for individuals by a facsimile. The witnesses sign the same statement with full name, surname and signature stating that the client is familiar with the contents of the documents and that he/she accepts and signs them. The client is issued a personalized payment card with a chip, having embossed identification number, name and surname of the card holder and personal identification number (PIN code) used for cash withdrawal from ATMs and for payment of products and services at POS terminals.
